Owl Pants

This is the time of year when we look back at our favorite photos. While going through the Herald’s photos, I noticed quite a few snowy owls. But this one by Michael O’Leary is one of my favorites, maybe it is the owl pants.

A snowy owl takes flight from the roof of a home in north Everett on January 31, 2012. The owl was perched atop the roof for at least a couple of hours.
