Giant hors d’oeuvre

We get a lot of phone calls from the community suggesting all sorts of odd things worth photographing. I was definitely intrigued when Brian Minkel called yesterday about about the fallen cedar tree in his Snohomish yard. He said it impaled his truck creating a “giant hors d’oeuvre”.
And that is what Herald photographer Dan Bates found when he arrived.
